Caldera Cliff Illusion

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec mon mari pour notre lune de miel dans cet établissement. Tout était parfait : la proximité du centre, la vue sur la Caldera, le coucher de soleil, le jacuzzi … tout était excellent ! Et surtout un grand merci à Sophia, qui a été adorable, de très bon conseil, et qui nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux en décorant la chambre pour l’occasion

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the view from our room was truly beautiful. This was definitely the highlight of our stay.

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in our room was not functioning properly from the moment we arrived. Despite reporting the problem immediately, it was never fixed. To make matters worse, the jacuzzi was also not clean, making it completely unusable for my family, including our infant. Given that this was one of the main advertised features of the room, this issue severely affected the value and comfort of our stay. Even more disappointing was the lack of responsibility afterward. Instead of offering genuine assistance, the property ignored my follow-up emails and left me with no response, forcing me to escalate the matter to Booking.com staff. This behavior is unacceptable for a hotel in this category.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte al Caldera Cliff Illusion, ma è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La terrazza con idromassaggio e la vista sulla caldera lasciano davvero senza parole. Ho scelto questa struttura per festeggiare il nostro anniversario e non potevo fare scelta migliore: ci siamo rilassati, godendoci il tramonto direttamente dall’idromassaggio. Un ricordo che porteremo sempre con noi.
