All staff were very kind and helpful, the room was perfect and there were a lot of good amenities. Breakfast was delicious!!! At check out the receptionist guy helped to carry our luggage till the taxi

The breakfast could be earlier because tourists usually get out soon to enjoy the day or to do the tours

Loved our stay at Caldera Cliff Illusion! Sophia at the front desk was amazing- she made our stay even better! Loved our room & the view from this hotel is spectacular. The breakfast served was such a nice treat. All the employees we came across were really nice & helpful. It felt like we were the only ones there. Sophia was so friendly and very helpful with suggestions and all of the above. She went above and beyond her duties which left us wanting to come back in the hotter season. Loooved where we stayed as it was really clean & pretty modern despite being in a 'cave.' Really cute decor & nice sized fridge. Sophia & staff were tremendous! Thank you so much again!

If I had to choose something, it would be to maybe change up breakfast once or twice? That's just me being picky, there was nothing wrong with the breakfast provided at all. Everything was really hot & fresh. There was really nothing wrong with this hotel. Would stay here again 100000%
