The Decor was lovely 

The front of the building doesn’t give a good first impression, as it is a bit decrepit. We arrived at night and there are no lights in the common areas.

It would be nice if the hotel provided disposable toothbrushes

It’s a wonderful stylish hotel in the heart of Kyiv with amazing comfy facilities. I loved the smell and the light in the lobby and the amazing toiletries with a heavenly scent in the room. The staff was very friendly and even landed me a tooth paste when I noticed I forgot to grab it with me. The room was comfortable and tidy, and I love that there is a complete kitchen for storing and warming up takeaways or even cooking if it’s a longer stay. An iron stored in the the wardrobe was very handy! Super comfy bed, enough storage space for luggage, clothes, and good rest, cool bathroom with bathrobes in there.

I’d add some sign at the door that that’s a hotel entrance instead of only having it on the outside arch. I arrived at night and freaked out when I couldn’t find the entrance (I missed the photo they sent me in a thread of emails).

The location is optimal. The staff exceptional. I am thankful that all the staff are safe and well during these times. Besides the obvious war going, everything was very nice. Staff great. I hope to return again soon. I look forward to returning.

Absolutely in love with this place, very calm, but in the center of Kyiv. Two steps to Khreshatyk, restaurants around, sharm of this kinda parisian building style
