Розташування будинку 10 із 10, дуже вразила чистота і ремон у під'їзді. Квартирка гарненька, велике зручне ліжко, є усе необхідне.

Відсутність кондиціонеру, при відкритих вікнах дуже шумно з внутрішнього двору

Класна та зручна локація, все необхідне в апартаментах є. Зручне заселення та виселення без лишніх нервів, без лишніх комунікацій - це дуже зручно! Привітний та приємний власник, завжди на звʼязку. В цілому дуже гарне місце.

Трохи погано сходила вода в душі.
