موقع المكان سئ ومنتشر فيه شرب المخدرات بشكل مستفز والشاليه غير نظيف واضطريت امشي من المكان من اول يوم وعدت الي القاهره نفس اليوم برغم حجزي ثلاث أيام مدفوعه مسبقا لذلك لا انصح به مطلقا لأسره وعائله

I do not recommend this place for couples or families. The rooms need renovation, and there is rust in many parts of the equipment and the fridge. I booked a king bed room, but I received a room with two single beds, and there were no other rooms available. There was no bath mat in the bathroom, and when I asked reception, they gave me an old, used towel instead.

I booked this accommodation on Booking with mandatory prepayment and paid by card. After the payment was charged, no one contacted me at all — no messages, no calls. I personally arrived at the address указан in the listing, and the property owner clearly stated that he has NO listing on Booking and does not work with Booking at all. This means the listing was created by scammers solely to steal money through prepayment. I contacted Booking support, but they were unable to help, and the issue remained unresolved. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. This listing should be removed immediately.

اداره سيئه جدا .. غير متعاونين علي الاطلاق.. شخصيا انا لا انصح اي احد بهذا الفندق

كان من الافضل التعاون من جانب الاداره ولكن المال هو اهم شيئ بالنسبه لهم وغير مهتمين براحه النزلاء
