"Vétuste et sans eau chaude"

Emplacement parfait. Très calme.

Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours et le personnel a juste "pris note". Pas de proposition de solution (réparation, changement de chambre) ni geste commercial. Hôtel vétuste, pas d'ascenseur (ce qui n'était pas précisé sur l'annonce). Hôtel qui ouvre à 15h, impossible d'y laisser ses bagages avant.
