NAJ Boutique Hotel-Aldea Zama

We had a lovely 4 night stay the first week of June. Upon our arrival Braulio was there to greet us and show us to our room where he gave us an in depth tour of our quarters and a rundown of the property. He was available 24/7 for any questions and concerns. Room was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable which is of the utmost importance to us when travelling. Parking was easy and we were within a mile of restaurants, bars, etc. if we find ourselves in Tulum again we will definitely return to this property.

Big shoutout to Braulio for making this stay smooth and memorable. He went above and beyond to asure we were accommodated and even welcomed us with recommendations around the area to enjoy (events,food,etc). I was amazed of how beautiful this place was and the people in it made it better. Def one of the best places I’ve stayed at so far and the customer service was above and beyond

Vraiment un bel hotel, l'hote est tres sympathique et tres acceuillant. Il donne toutes les bonnes adresses et les bonnes visites a faire. Seul le bruit de la route pas loin peut etre agacant, mais il vous proposera de changer de chambre au besoin.

Our Experience at Naj was a very good one. Braulio, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The property is in the trendy Aldea Zama neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The property is well kept. It's a little noisy tho, there is a main road behind the building.

NAJ Tulum IS the perfect place for a quiet stay and easy access to the beach / Downtown. Braulio is the man of any situation!

First time in tulum, and Naj definitely made me want to go back!!!!
