Nice apartment in Tulum. It is not too central, so is a bit of a walk to get to everywhere but it means that the roads are also possible to park on. Everything is really nicely designed, comfortable and has been well thought through. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I were in Tulum

Room was very loud and could hear everyone coming and going, we did also have some noise from across the road. Would also be nice if there was a corkscrew Would unfortunately say that Tulum is probably not worth the visit, everything in the area has become very expensive to do and you would be better going to the northern edge of the Yucatan, but that is not a criticism of the hotel at all!

- Bike rental - Rapid laundry service - Great communication - The pool - Plenty of amenities in the kitchen - Excellent location - Comfy bed and good air conditioning

- Inconsistent internet connection - No paper flushing (although typical of Tulum) - Our window view of the courtyard meaning daylight was at the cost of privacy - Bottled water supplied on day 1 but never replenished (we were there 4 nights)

The personnel are very responsive and helpful. I like that they give towels for the pool. The location is very central in Tulum, so it is very easy to go around.

The room has a strong smell of mold, so if a person has allergies, this can be a big problem.
