"Lage gut, Wohnung mangelhaft"

Heizung (nur über Klima) war für die Wohnung viel zu wenig, die Zentralheizung war nicht in Betrieb. konnten nur mit zwei zusatzdecken schlafen, Lärm einer defekten Wasserpumpe? Wohnung staubig, Balkon verdreckt.
