Dobré parkování, celý dům je dobre postavený a je tichý. Nejsou slyšet sousedi.

Vytah nebyl uplne ve 100% kondici, nicméně fungovat. Sprchový kout měl již svá nejlepší léta za sebou, nicméně fungoval a nikde bokem netekl
