Staff particularly maSithole, very professional and friendly. She's always assisting with whatever you need at any time. The environment is quiet and I love that. Perfect for family as well

The water was cold in the morning WiFi was extremely poor The other guest were noisy, hardly slept

The room was beautiful and the staff catered to us perfectly. We were never without assistance. Very clean and all facilities in good order

Masthole the lady who works there, she’s so kind and very welcoming.

The property looks scary from the outside, and the entrance was very untidy and not pleasant at all. There was also a shortage of facilities. Whenever we needed something, we had to scream or call Pretty, who works there. She would collect our iron and twin plug, and whenever we needed them again, we had to either scream for her or walk to the back house to ask for them. The washing machines were located right behind our apartment and were running throughout both the day and night, so we could not have peace because of the constant noise. The apartment also smelled old. The bedding and pillowcases were torn and in poor condition. On top of that, the landlady was not kind or welcoming.
