The communication with our host was easy. The check-in and the check-out was fine. The breakfast was good in a bar nearby. The room was clean. There was enough hot water. The view from the window was beautiful. The hotel is located in the center of the city. If you want to party, this is the right place for you. If you want to sleep and have a calm night - no.

Unfortunately we were not satisfied with our stay because it was impossible to sleep. I knew that the hotel is centrally located and I expected noise, but not so much. Even if we closed the window, there was no isolation and during the whole night we heard the music from the bars, restaurants, or may be there was a concert or a disco nearby. Many people were going in and out from the hotel during the night with shoes on hills. In the morning somebody started to move the furniture (I don't know if this was next to our room or the noise came from the apartment above). The other reason for our dissatisfaction is the incorrect information provided in Booking. In our booking confirmation is written that the apartment has "microwave, kitchenware, minibar, soundproofing, stovetop", however we had only the fridge. It was impossible to cook. No kitchenware, no microwave, no stovetop. I knew from the comments of a traveler who stayed at the property before me, that there was no kitchenware, if you stay less than 7 days, but this should be clearly stated in Booking. Otherwise, you think that you book an apartment with kitchen, but in fact you book a room with private bathroom, fridge, balcony and a TV. In addition, the host didn't gave us the room I booked. We stayed in Studio 2 with the nice view, but in fact I booked another studio with a balcony door and a window, most probably without a view towards the square (la piazza). May be the host wanted to select a better studio for us, but it wasn't what I have booked. The bed is too short, if you are taller than 1.75m. The sheets were torn. Pictures attached.

Lack of anything in the kitchenette, other than fridge, extractor & sink. Only because I love to cook and would have utilised the beautiful market produce.

Very nice apartament (studio) equipped in all needed utylities (kitchennet). Very good location. Lucio is perfect host !!! He answers WhatUp messages immediately. First night (at midnight) I had problems to enter the property and he solved it immediatelly. The perfect veiw from the balcony.

It was a great location, and the property was as advertised. We got in late, and our host, Lucho, picked us up at the train station, which was greatly appreciated.
