"Modern, spacious and comfortable!"

We liked the hotel's modern presentation and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. LOVED the heated towel racks (which I imagine would be amazing in winter). The bed was comfy and amenities top notch. I also LOVED that they had a cafe downstairs serving some GREAT coffee. Location wise - where the hotel was located was just out of Furano's main town. Not a big deal if you have a car, but certainly a tiny hike if you didn't. Perfect location if you were skiing though because our room overlooked what would have been the ski slopes in winter. We were also contacted early on by Fenix West staff offering ideas/ suggestions on activities that could be enjoyed in the area - which was very nice of them!

"Beautiful hotel with lovely cafe"

The room is very beautiful and spacious. The cafe on the bottom floor has good breakfast, coffee and amazing view.

The location is a bit far from train station, recommend to rent a car to get here.

시설 청결 위치 친절 모든 면에 만족스러웠습니다. 주차공간도 호텔 옆쪽에 추가 주차 공간이 확보되어 걱정했던 것보다 훨씬 편리했습니다. 전망도 너무나 좋았습니다.

좋은 식당과 편의점이 도보로 짧은 거리에는 없다는 점이 조금 아쉽습니다.
