Location is great for the old town. Our room overlooked a square with several bars…atmospheric with the windows open but the double glazing was good enough to keep the noise out if you want it quiet. Facilities are simple, clean and well designed. Our host was very communicative and gave clear instructions. Access to parking was easy. We even used the utility room to get some washing done. Perfect stay.

Muy buena ubicación! A minutos caminando de la zona centro y puerto. Plaza con bastante ambiente justo debajo del apartamento, y a pesar del ruido, con las ventanas no se escucha absolutamente nada. AC perfecto, cama y sofá cama amplia y cómoda. Relación calidad precio bastante bien. Servicio por parte del anfitrión top, siempre atento y con disposición. Tiene opción de parking por 15€/día.

"Un sitio bonito, a pesar de la ubicación"

El sitio estaba super limpio y todo era nuevo. La decoración era muy bonita y tenía todos los servicios, baño, wifi, ducha y cocina. El sitio está en la zona del casco antiguo de Gijón y puedes ir andando a cualquier lado sin problemas. A pesar de estar al lado de varios bares, la insonorización es muy buena y no se oye casi nada. El aparcamiento eran 15€ al día, un precio razonable para quedarte tranquilo con el coche. El propietario/a muy atento, todos los días preguntaba si había algún problema y si todo iba bien.

La pica del baño es muy pequeña y es bastante incómodo lavarse la cara. La cama es super incómoda, si vas en pareja a la que se mueva uno el otro sale volando. No me gustó la ubicación en sí a pesar de estar cerca de todo, no tuve una sensación de seguridad. Que el código de la puerta de entrada sea el mismo que el de la puerta del apartamento, es un error. Aunque el apartamento es super nuevo y reformado, el barrio en sí no es el que mejor sensación de seguridad da, especialmente de noche.

La ubicación por estar en el Centro Historico; practicamente lo importante por ver lo hicimos caminando.

Tener que empujar 2 calles las maletas no no tener acceso al vehiculo, y somos jubilados y tercera edad.
