I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of this apartment, considering it was built back in the early eighties. Despite its age, the place is very well maintained, and everything looks fresh and tidy. What's even better is that the rates are quite affordable, making it a great value for your money. If you're looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay, this accommodation is definitely worth considering!

Old model elevators may need to be replaced with modern spacious ones.
