The owner is Aragon not willing to help with very bad attitude. He mentioned his phone number on booking however when we called he was not willing to listen or help using inappropriate words.

The geographical location

Some security guards give us hard time unnecessarily. In our third week of stay they stop us in the gate 1 not allowing to to go in though we showed them the soft copy of admin approval sent by the owner. They ask a clearance paper which is the thing with admin approval to stay in the condo unit. They held us at gate 1 for more than an hour... It's dark already when their superior arrived and allowed us to go in... They need to educate their security guards properly.

The place was accessible to a nearby mall, the unit itself was clean and everything we needed was there, great internet connection if you will be working remotely. Host was responsive and attended to all my inquiries.

We were informed to send 2 valid IDs, but the guard asked only 1 will do, but this is my first time to be asked for sending us valid IDs online, since it's already paid, for how many years as a member of Booking.com, only this property asked me to send valid IDs.. Identify theft is very rampant that's why, I was reluctant to send ours, sorry for this.. YOU may be stricter to your guests who are foreigners. 4. NO potable or ready bottled water. But the totality is very good, only those..

i was not able to stay in his property because of miscommunication with bookings.com. but i rated him excellent only because he was courteous and honest. he called several times and explained what happened. i got a refund and he shouldered all other expenses due to the hassle. i wish u good luck on your business kuya! god bless po!
