The owner was really kind to refund half of what we paid because they had us check in late. Fortunately, the unit's location is really ideal. It's near to Baclaran Church, Us Embassy, Japan Embassy, MOA, and even Okada. The distance between their TV and the Sofa bed is just way too near. Their appliances were clean.

Their cleaner should be changed asap. We saw insects both in the kitchen and washroom area. Thank God there were no bed bugs. The area under the induction cooker where the pans are stored is very unorganized. It's like they just threw everything into the cabinet and called it a day. Their shower curtain should also be trimmed because it way too long, and the end part gets wet, and it might cause slips and falls. I already wasn't expecting much in the first place, but the fact that there were INSECTS in the kitchen area made me question how thoroughly they cleaned the unit considering that we checked in late apparently because their cleaning lady was still cleaning. Their tabo and timba were also very slippery, and this usually means na hindi gaano nalinis yung timba at tabo. Also, there were no garbage bags, so we had to improvise by using grocery plastic bags.

Although the room is clean , did not expect that the people who stays there is supposed to throw out the garbage , why ??? My recommendation for those who would stay in this place especially a family is a no , no please don’t , you’re going to be disappointed,

The location is not safe for us and the pillow not good and get smiles

The area and condo were very clean! There also wasn’t a lot of traffic noise coming through. The hosts were very helpful and on top of everything!
