Fairly well equipped room.

Small room in old building. The wall shelves were loose, hanging off the wall. Old dated furniture. Dodgy kettle which won’t turn off and after boiling the handle gets so hot it burns your hand. A bit pricey for the quality of the room. On checkout the guy at the front desk wouldn’t let us leave our bags there, and wouldn’t call us a grab ride to the airport

The location of the tower itself was good and accessible to the MRT. Restaurants and food stalls are within the area and are open even late night. Thou as indicated in the address it is located in Sierra Madre St. however there is no entrance there. the entrance to the Tower is along Edsa.

A lot of factors to consider. 1. The property or the Tower Management itself. The staffs / guard at the lobby is not courteous & treats people checking in as a nuisance, perhaps they have better things to do & is not really trained to entertain guests of unit owners that had their units rented out for transients. The 4 elevators are allocated for lower floors & upper floors. However, the size of the elevator is small & capacity load is low causing traffic. Opening is about 30", see photo of my duffle bag which is 24" length for reference. The hallways is just about a meter wide & is not really safe for emergencies. 2. The Unit rented, base on the photos in the site looked big & had several furniture but it is not the actual pieces as seen in the photos. Furniture adjusted when taking the photo to give an illusion of space. ACTUAL: The bed was already flushed to the side of the window and there was no more space there, but in the site photos the bed was adjusted to show that there was still a gap there. The table in the site photo was big enough for 2 and is made of glass. ACTUAL: It was just a made shift wooden table poor material & was only good for 1 person. The Kitchen Sink was actually the Kitchen already, it was so small, no kitchen counter that even a mug cannot fit the side of the counter with the sink. The Closet provided was so mall & looked like more of a broom and mop cabinet that has faulty hinges. See photos w/ my shoes inside for size reference. On top of the cabinet of the so called kitchen was a pail to catch the water drippings from a pipe trap above. The comfort room was clean thou but bare as well. Just a small toilet bowl not really a standard size, no sink & a shower with heater that had wirings exposed. Located on the 22nd floor you expected a good view of the surrounding, however the view was the back streets, so tattered rooftops would greet you instead. 3. The Host was not congenial.

good value for money. the room is so-so, and the area is somehow commercial.

the room is a little shabby, i guess. it looks a little over used, and the bed is not fixed on the wall.

Clean and smells good.

No parking in the area.
