SGThe check in was fine remotely but yet it couldn't have gone smoother. The room was cozy and clean. Itv is well located in the heart of Malacca City, ask you can be assured that you're near good food and services. Highly recommended! 😁
Legit no complaints
SGThe overall condition of the unit was well taken of, very clean and all aircon, tv, toilets and water kettle are in very good working condition. Easy collection of key card and fuss free self check in 😀 Lifts are also working well.
Walking distance is quite far from the malls and pasar malam as well as the places of interests. Pool was uncleaned so we swam once only.
NLThe location was perfect for a stroll through historic Melaka. All kinds of restaurants were nearby and the swimmingpool with view was nice and cooling. The rooms are large and well equiped. Beds were good. Overall the suits were overall well-maintained and price-quality is good.
The hotel- and appartmentbuilding needs a bit of care. And it lacks 'ambiance'. Cleanliness of the shower could be a bit better.

Our 11 year old son got a mattress on the floor so we left and took another hotel ! Rosa lovely people beautiful hotel The whole place is run down especially the hallway dirty wall falling apart . Room didn’t look to bad but to throw a mattress on the floor for kids was enough for us . Keep in mind its a whats app hotel

MYSGSGComfortable stay, clean room. Some FYI - the bathroom has frosted glass instead of clear, so don’t worry too much if it is your concern! Overnight parking is 15RM via TNG.
Toiletries are provided, but it would be nice to have an extra toilet roll and a tissue box in the living area. The air conditioning takes a while to cool, but it doesn't feel warm while waiting.
MYThe room was clean and comfortable. Great shower with nice hot water. Airco works nice. Make sure you have your own subscription for the apps offered, then it works great.
There should be a balcony but the door was locked. This was a pity as were looking forward to sit outside with a drink.
COThe location was great, it was quite and great for resting.
