Cozy and comfortable, great view of the city, good for festive night to watch fireworks, overall it was super clean, fully equipped

Ceiling fan didn't work but replaced by standing fan which is fine for me, and no free parking but only rm15 per day

The location is good and near Melaka Street

The condo looks creepy and dirty. The parking area is poorly lit, and the corridor is very unventilated — it doesn’t feel like a proper condo. I don’t know how to describe it... just doesn’t feel right.
