The two staff are very friendly guys. The place is quiet and a nice change from the chaos around.

Great location, tucked away. Really well kept, building and grounds. Staff there, Mani and Subhash are amazing. Lovely people and always in hand to help.

Some guests were a little noisey at times which was a shame as such a peaceful location.

Staff is really helpful , subhash helped us bringing food or any required help . This property in the woods ! (Not everybody gonna like it) & thank God we out for all day !

No in-door restaurant , not a convenient access to main road , it's in the forest so mosquitoes & frogs seen 😑 no daily cleaning , no TV.

We were given a different accomodation. Their housekeeping boy and caretaker were very co-operative and friendly.

We were not given this property. Rather just before the day of our arrival, we were informed that we could not stay there as their russian owner has missed his flight and will stay there. Instead we had to stay at Morjim Guest House which was average.

no approach road, no inhouse restaurant or cafe, no drinking water available, no T.V, far from beach, away from all happening places of morjim ... ...but who's complaining! this place is a 10 for me!

The location of this property is so serene and tranquil. If you're someone who wants to spend a peaceful time and this is the perfect place. Pretty houses and green surroundings. Morjim beach is also pretty nearby. Our host Mr. Mani and Mr. Subhash were very friendly person and it was nice interacting with them. They made sure of our comfortable stay. A few amenities which were helpful are the drinking water cans, washing machine and kitchen. I'd highly recommend this place.

For a first timer the location might seem a little confusing as the map navigates well till the taxi stand and after that it kinda misleads. But no worries there, just call Mr. Mani and he'll guide you the rest.

too expensive for this place. refrigerator is rattling. Old bathroom. No bed, only mattress on the floor.

For me there was nothing which I didn't like,, being an adventures boy i would love to visit everytime
