Little Harbor #205 the place to stay

The decor is beach, which is perfect. The view from the windows and balcony is spectacular - palm trees, water, and wildlife. The chairs are comfortable, although one of the recliners wouldn’t recline. There were starting supplies such as coffee, shampoo, ice, and paper towels. It has a toaster, microwave, and toaster oven. We loved the large pool, and used it often. The air conditioner did a good job of keeping us cool. The double bed is comfortable. We had some beautiful sunrises from the balcony.

We had trouble with the heat and humidity, because we aren’t accustomed to them, but, of course, that wasn’t a fault of the property. But we found that we had a very difficult time with the stairs. There aren’t enough hangers in the closet. There are only four drawers for clothes and supplies that we take with us when we travel. The dinette table has little stools, so there is no place inside that is comfortable for eating or playing games. So we played games at the pool, which doesn’t have tables and chairs. It has tables and benches. The most annoying thing is that there are very bright lights on all the balconies, which stay on all night. Even with the shades and curtains closed, the room never gets dark. It is almost bright enough to read. We fashioned a cover for the light out of tin foil and tape, which helped but we wish the lights would be turned off after 10 or 11 PM.

The location is great. The room had everything we needed. The only thing that would've been better was if the balcony light had an off switch. It was way too bright for sleeping.

Laundry facilities were not good.

This was an excellent choice of a place for us to stay and celebrate our 49th anniversary weekend. Two restaurants within for a really short quick walk, two pools including one with hot tub, beautiful spots for sunset viewing are just the few things about it we loved. We got exactly what we were looking for as a quick getaway. The room itself was sooo comfortable with a Queen bed plus two recliners to sit and relax. The outdoors terrace was another big plus overlooking the water. Just so relaxing. The hosts were very easy to work with and they actually gifted us a bottle of wine for our celebration! There was a lot included...so many towels for both bath and pool....full size frig, extras for making small meals.
