Saipan Emerald Villa

Off the beaten path in a beautiful area. Close to a gorgeous beach and nature. Room and balcony were much larger than expected and with a great view.

Not very close to restaurants or stores.

The room did not come with breakfast. The location is in San Roque which is at the northern tip of the island. It is a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town. But you are pretty much far from where everything is happening in Garapan and you will need a car. The island is 14 miles long so the drive to city center would be around 10 minutes. Partial ocean view and nice balcony. Lots of birds so cover your heads or they will poop. Lots of cameras so I felt safe.

They could have fixed up the common area. It was stacked in one corner with supplies like toilet tissue. The common area where the TV is located is not air-conditioned or maybe the AC was not turned on.

We always enjoy our stay at Saipan Emerald Villa! 🥳 The owner is very kind and allows us to check-in early and with a free room upgrade! Chris, the property manager, is always easy to get in contact with and has been excellent each time we have booked here in the past three years! This is a beautiful villa away from the busy part of the city and offers peace and quiet. 🌞

the bed was amazing and comfortable. it hugged onto your body when you sleep so it’s as if someone was hugging you all night.

Generally if you are someone into visiting Botanical Gardens, look no further. This property has such a vast array of algae & moss species for you to enjoy on its premise grounds, you’ll certainly be spoiled for choice! Elevating your experience would be the nightly performance live shows by cockroaches, flies and grasshoppers who will dutifully visit your room without fail. The furniture sets also come to life when the wind blows, with old sofa leather peels flapping in synchronized fashion. Not to mention, the soap in the bathroom supplies are labeled ‘high end’, but isn’t capable of any lather. As such, you will find yourself scrubbing yourself from dawn to dusk in an attempt to even start bathing, only to realize that you’ve completely exfoliated your entire being.

There is no breakfast included but convenience store is 5 minutes away.

The rooms in the back could be noisy due to roosters but I was accommodated to the front , ocean view and it was very quiet and comfortable. For the price, rooms with balconies are the best and very affordable.
