The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Everything we asked for, the staff went over and above to help. The room was nice inside, spacious and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The resort was close to the beach and the sea.

There were a few very noisy families, with children who completely took over the pool area. The room didn't have any basic kitchen items, such as washing up liquid, towel, oils. I think it was expensive for the apartment.

The location was good as it was right across the road from a beach, however as we were there before the season had started, we were disappointed that there were not places nearby where we could eat. We struggled to buy fresh food at the grocery store. So, we had to go to Trogir Old Town for all our meals. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but a toaster, broom, teaspoons and various other items such as dishwashing soap would have been appreciated. Also, there was no manual to use the stove. The reception lady kindly came to try and assist in getting it to work. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A bus stop was right in front of the apartment block, but the running times were infrequent.

The breakfasts were not of a good standard as the food was prepared hours before we ate. Breakfast was served from about 7.30am but when we arrived each day after 8.30 or 9am the eggs were hard. It would have been better if we could have ordered eggs on arrival. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to swim when we were there.

Modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Flawless WiFi. Large, clean pool. Comfy bed. Nice area with a gravelly beach directly opposite with clear water for swimming. A handy mini supermarket on site.

Breakfasts were variable and often ran out of basic items, eg teabags. A small but really irritating niggle, was the solitary toaster that only toasted one side, despite the switch option to toast both sides, which did not work. I pointed this out on day 2 of our 10 day stay, and mentioned it twice further. I was rewarded with smiles and shrugged shoulders but nothing was ever done. A simple and cheap remedy would have been to replace it with a new one. So why was this not done? The hotel advertises ‘airport shuttle’. Any seasoned traveller will thus expect a hotel-owned minibus or similar, literally shuttling guests to and from the airport. Wrong in this case - the hotel merely orders a ‘trusted partner’ (!) taxi service. In reality I could have ordered a taxi myself and at less than the exorbitant 33 Euros for the 10-15 minute ride from the airport. Both these issues could and should be remedied so easily - the latter being to simply point out that no shuttle service is actually provided. Better to be honest than to disappoint. But these are minor grumbles in what was an enjoyable stay overall. Oh and nearby Trogir is quite wonderful!
