"I like the hotel's historical style, location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff."

It is located in the Historical Building in Warsaw's Old Town, Poland. The room was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. In particular, the employee Maxim was very helpful! Thank you very much for a great stay. If I ever go back to Warsaw, I will only stay at the Tiffi Old Town Hotel and recommend it to everyone, especially my family and friends. Thank you very much for the experience!

I would suggest installing a big sign in front of the building because my taxi driver dropped us off with our luggage too far from the hotel, and it took us almost an hour to find the hotel entrance.

Managed to find one tv channel with English news on it

Not clean, last guests towel still hanging in the bathroom. No bedside tables. Cramped bedroom. Dirty oven with tray with previous guest crumbs and cooking left on it.

"Świetny hotel"

Wszystko było na plus, lokalizacja idealna-blisko starego miasta, ten hotel to tańsza alternatywa hotelu Bristol. Miłą niespodzianką była informacja przy zameldowaniu, że dostajemy w prezencie upgrade z pokoju deluxe do apartamentu premium. To było miłe zaskoczenie.
