The hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly and cooperative . There were shops and super stores and some restaurants near by

It was little far from masjid nabawe but was close to train station and airport.

Clean and value for money. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Although comfortable ,clean and value for money it probably doesnot have dining options as we were asked that food needs to be got from outside

There was a strong smell in the lobby and outside the room of cleaning products which was honestly very unpleasant. Not sure how people can handle that smell. Their washroom for the 3-bed room was very tiny and did not meet our expectations. Also, the water in the bathrooms drained very slowly while taking a shower. Their wifi only works sometimes so please arrange your own internet on the phone. Location is also very far from Haram.

Reasonably priced Food and supermarket nearby 10mins to Al Haram Nabawi

Should give more towels

Affordable alternative during Ramadan season as hotels in the central area are charging exorbitantly high prices with poor service

The location is far and no F&B service

The location is too far about 16km from masjid-e-nabwi. No shuttle or bus available for haram. Hard to find taxi and its expensive.
