Sometimes we get the room with not proper air condition location, stright to beds.

Big room. Clean sheets comfy beds

Very spacious rooms with beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and sofas. Efficient and friendly staff. The design of the room allows for separate entrance to the upstairs portion of the suite (i.e. we were given 2 interconnecting rooms, which were connected by the stairs in the photo).

The bathroom upstairs in the sky suite was a bit worn down compared to the one in the downstairs suite.

Big size Clean

Add one curtain between the master room and the balcony like space.. bit of light coming in

The suite was just amazing. It's huge (!), modern, clean, nice view, has everything you need. The suite for 3-4 people was basically 2 rooms in one, with two bathrooms and even with a separate entrance if you want it. It was perfect for a really comfortable night before catching a flight out of Surabaya. Absolutely worth it.

Room is spacious! Complete amenities. Huge parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great if you are about to catch a flight, unfortunately a bit of a drive to get some decent food. Booked 2 rooms, but I prefer the twin bed room compared to the doubles.

Bathroom door couldn't be closed without locking it from the inside. It was awkward taking a shower since the shower head installed wasn't the right fit (or it was installed too low) so you need to hold it while rinsing. Otherwise water didn't go in the direction it should. Twin room: Weird things happened when we were away for dinner: we realised AC and TV were turned off when we were back, but we left the room with everything was on. One of the blind was supposed to be up, but they were all down when we were back in the evening. Thief? Technical error? Cleaning staff came in unannounced? Ghost? Not sure. Superior king room: The living room on the Superior King Room is empty (only a 1 seater) not even very useful. It gets too hot during the day as well. They should've put another AC and dining table like in the twin room.
