the location of the apartment was very good, and the apartment was nice and spacious and bright.. (even if the weather was not good unfortunately!

well I have to say that the cleanliness of the apartment was terrible, upon arrival... there were greasy pots, all the utensils not cleaned well, I had to wash everything. Luckily there was a small dishwasher, but there was no dishwashing detergent, nor was there any courtesy service such as coffee, sugar, and bathroom accessories, apart from the fact that the bathroom wasn't clean either. .we stayed there for five days but the apartment was never cleaned, I had to go and ask if they could send someone to change the towels etc. in short (we will never choose this structure again! welcome and cleaning service (zero).

Good location , enough space , good breakfast

Not very clean , bed liners and pillows dirty( fortunately, sheets were clean). The apartment is old and not clean, one of the bed was nearly broken and not confortable. The location is nice but very noisy , it is impossible to sleep. We don't recommand and it has been the worse night of our stay in Denmark

We lived in the top floor, with amazing view to the city center. Sitting on the balcony was so cozy - you really don’t want to leave! The bedroom was comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. We took breakfast and never regretted it- it was so tasty! The reception team was so so helpful and smiling!! The parking for the car was very cheap and convenient

Great location

Terrible sewage smell coming out of the bathroom

Location was excellent

There was a very strong musty smell in the apartment upon entry. We had to open all the windows to air it out. We had to close the windows at night due to noise and the smell returned. Our whole family noticed the smell and we had to check out early the next morning because of this odour. I sent an email to manager and he told me it had been cleaned and didn’t smell offering a discount on a future stay. I would have rather had a refund as this was the worst stay in 3 weeks in Scandinavia. I was very disappointed that this was as expensive as it was for what we got.
