Hotel Elizabeth

A traditional hotel in a fabulous location run by a fabulous lady called Maria. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and had a little balcony overlooking the street. The beach is literally around the corner and it's a short walk into the town. You feel as if you are in someone's home.

I had a wonderful stay with a very comfortable bed and good sleep. The owner is so warm, friendly and open minded with a big heart. I will come back. Thank you for everything.

The day I arrived, one of the guests who was leaving told me Maria was the best and that he was going back for the summer and I can assure you he didn’t lie, Maria is the loveliest host ever. She is really kind, charismatic and wants to make sure you are feeling comfortable. She puts a lot of effort and love to the hotel and you can feel it. Also she is a local and knows everyone in town so you can ask her about places to go and she will come up with the best spots in town. And about the location of the hotel. I have no words. It is really close to the center and to the heart of the island. You are 2 minutes walk away from one of the best and most transparent beaches I’ve ever seen ( and I’m from Cancun, Mexico) it is called Georgios Beach. And also in the beach (up hill to the right side) you have this abandoned place perfect for watching the sunset. I highly recommend this place. I couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Naxos🥰

Maria ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - und ein liebenswürdiger Mensch. Ich war schon das zweitemal bei ihr, diesmal allein, und sie hat alles getan, um meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

It’s a small hotel run by Maria ,the host , she is most friendly and knowledgeable about the area because she is native to the island. It’s clean , well kept, on a quiet street, very close to the beach and downtown . It was the perfect spot for me to spend a few days chilling. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is a lovely building in a quiet and convenient location. Proprietor Maria is extremely kind, friendly and helpful without being in the least intrusive. Rooms are very pleasant, clean and well-kept, with excellent ensuite facilities. Studios and apartments are also available. Most have balconies and/or sea views. There is a lovely terrace on the top floor. Prices are very reasonable and good value, especially if you travel outside the main tourist season as I did. Thoroughly recommended, and I would love to return.
