La propreté L’emplacement à 200 m de la plage 15 minutes du port de ferry et 5 minutes des premiers restos L accueil

La vétusteté de la chambre et la salle de bain : le bac à douche fait 60 sur 60 avec un rideau : après une douche la salle de bain est une piscine La terrasse : pas un rayon de soleil : vue sur un arbre et un mur avec en contrebas les serviettes des clients et du fouillis . Du coup chambre très sombre Le bruit des voisins : aucune insonorisation : on entend les voisins faire pipi, la chasse d’eau, la douche, les ronflements, le bruit des portes et des fenêtres. Je ne comprends pas la note de 9 pour cet établissement. Très déçue du rapport qualité prix Alors ça ne vaut pas 1 non plus car c’était propre , bien placé et le personnel était gentil mais je trouve qu’il faut faire baisser la moyenne qui est mensongère

The place is beautiful and clean Kyria Maria was super nice and very accommodating. The place is just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Per il secondo anno consecutivo abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla spiaggia, ad un ottimo bistrot e al centro di Naxos; nelle vicinanze si trova facilmente parcheggio. La struttura si trova in una stradina tranquilla e ben curata e le stanze sono pulite, comode e veramente confortevoli. Il punto di forza è la Signora Maria, gentilissima e molto ospitale; peccato aver soggiornato stavolta solo una notte perché ci sarebbe piaciuto passare più tempo con lei. Consigliatissimo.

We stay only for 1 night. Our room was simple, clean with beautiful ocean view. Maria was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. Our next visit - i will be definitely contacting Maria for a longer stay .

A lovely place, very nice atmosphere, pretty balcony, Perfect Location, only a view steps to the Beach, some nice bars for breakfast and Snacks right at the Beach, 15min Walk to the Center, closeby parking for free, really friendly Host… can recommend a stay without any hesitation, charming simple and playful :) I felt very comfortable there

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, right by the beach and a short walk into the old town. The bed was comfortable, and there was a nice little balcony to sit out on. Overall could do with a bit of modernising but it is comfy and cute.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear the neighbors clearly. The bathroom is a little outdated with no holder for the shower head, so you have to hold it yourself. The air-conditioning also seemed to either be freezing or just blowing the warm air, so we had to keep adjusting over the night.

Close to beach and easy walk to restaurants. The hotel gave us a typical Greek feel. Maria is like the Greek mother I never had.

Walkable for everything in town. Around corner from beaches and restaurants. Can access crazy tourist area in 5 min or more mellow beach area. Local car rentals within 3 min walking distance. Clean hotel. Great staff. Cats!!! Outside downstairs seats or balcony seating from rooms. Can cook and small fridges. Beds a bit firm but place was great. Hand held shower fixture. I loved it.
