Wir waren seit 2022 4 mal in diesem Hotel. Immer zufrieden gewesen Dieses Mal war der Personal im Restaurant nicht zufriedenstellend Man hat den Eindruck durch ihr Verhalten dass man nicht wilkommenn ist besonders mit den 2 kleinen Kindern

Had an excellent stay here with my wife and our 2-year old. Very "central" location between city center, port and two beaches, with a little supermarket next door, and bus 517 also next door (which goes to Santanyi or towards the center of Mallorca and connecting to Palma or thz airport, or the North) The staff was very professional and helpful, they sorted me out twice on issues I was responsible for. The appartment was spacious and comfy enough, the litttle kitchen, AC and hot water worked fine, the pool was nice and not too overcrowded, and importantly, the food was good and varied enough for few days, maybe even a week. Just one thing: the early summer morning light does come into the bedroom quite a lot, so do bring your eye mask if you need them

The kitchen lacked basic utensils. For a four-star property, I would expect some standard toiletries like shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion.

Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, duze i przestronne apartamenty, dobrze wyciszone.

Sin duda, el personal es lo mejor del hotel. Todos muy atentos y amables. La ubicación es buena y el hotel dispone todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. El buffet está bien también.

Por poner un pero, el menaje de los aparthoteles es escaso. Las almohadas me resultaron incómodas y las paredes algo finas: oía los ronquidos de la habitación de al lado. En cuanto a la restauración, eché en falta quizá más comida local. Entiendo que los huéspedes proceden en su mayoría de fuera de España, pero me habría gustado mas gastronomía de la isla.
