Staff and location

The view from the patio/terrace was great of the mountains, the room was clean bathrooms also clean The breakfast was normal, however the location of the hotel is perfect you don’t need a car to see most of Chefchaouen from here I would stay here again

just was a little throw off there wasn’t a drain for the excess water from the shower but noticed in Morocco most places just have one drain. However the bathroom was really clean on arrival

Great very clean and quiet hotel next to Medina. the hospitality is amazing, they even did our laundry without charge. a great view of the surrounding mountains. breakfast was a buffet style with many options. would definitely stay there again! thank you!

they wouldn’t charge my card. said machine was broken. made me walk two blocks downhill to atm to get cash. tried to charge higher amount for euro dollar diff (they were equivalent at this time), tried to charge more for taxes than booking showed. wouldn’t provide real receipt for cash payment.

Great appt in a brilliant location. Wafi who works there was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us.

A very nice hotel in a traditional Moroccan style. The Wafi employee was kind and helped us in everything. A wonderful breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view of the city. Everything was wonderful.
