Staff was very helpful, whenever we had any problem they helped to resolve it as soon as possible. We got upgraded to larger room, which was very nice gesture. The room was spacious and clean. Rooms were cleaned every day.

The kitchen was missing some equipment like knifes, sponge, but it was resolved quite quickly by personnel. Furniture and decoration style are little bit outdated, but that was expected and I would not say it was in neglected state. During our stay there was some construction in surroundings, but it did not cause excessive noise. It is a pity that wellness is out of order, but we didn't expected it to be there in the first place.

Posizione ottima, vicino al piccolo centro di San Cassiano. Purtroppo. Attualmente di fronte al residence, ci sono dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Una volta terminati sarà ancora più bello. Comodissimo. Ci tornerei.

Malgré des travaux de construction à côté dans l’ensemble c’était très bien.
