Perfect location , very pleasant staff, value for money and magic balcony view!

This was our third stay here, and we would definately come back again. We had a smaller appartment the size was ok for two, it was clean, warm and well equiped. We could even see the mountains from our balcony. The staff are nice and helped us in any way. The location is good, restaurants, supermarket and skilifts are a few minutes walk but the location of the appartments i a quite place. The town is nice and calm. Perfect basis for skiing or hiking in the region.

If I want to be picky this time our appartment faced to the parking lot, and the curtains were not fully blacked out.

The building has several apartments, comon spaces like kids playing room and lobby with armchairs. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The big plus for us was sauna (40eur extra) and ski storage.

Would be nice to have a washing machine, at least in the building, we were okay to pay. But the closest laundry is in Stary Smokovec. Also frying pan is too old and doesn't have lid.

It was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. The location is perfect surrounded by deers right next to the train station and the supermarket. Spa was really nice and private usage.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended! A++

WiFi was not very good.

The location near to the train station is great. It’s only a short walk to the train, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The two bedrooms with a separate lounge and kitchen suited us. It’s light and airy and possible to open windows and doors onto a balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Able to pay on arrival by debit card.
