The residence has no reception. Guests are asked to contact the residence directly after booking to be given the access code to the gate, a map of the residence and the name of their apartment. A contact telephone number is provided in case of any problems. When booking more than 3 rooms, please note that different conditions may apply. Please note that cash payments of EUR 1000 or above are not permitted under current Italian law. Bed and bath linen are provided upon arrival and are included in the rate, changes are made every 10 days. Daily change is available on request, at an additional cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
