Attic unit with no ac - very, very hot

This was in the most beautiful and convenient location. Walkable to the restaurants, gondolas, and funicular train.

It is very expensive to pay 10Euros each time you do a load of laundry. The cost was supposed to include laundry detergent and dryer but we brought our own washing detergent so we didn’t end up using theirs for all the washes. But the worst part is the dryer doesn’t work. We told the owner about it, she told us to use a higher heat setting which we did (despite clothing label stated to use low heat) but the dryer still didn’t work. The laundry room is in the basement whilst our apartment was on the top floor, we ended up wasting so much time going up and down to check on the laundry and still ended up having to hang the laundry all over the apartment to dry. Separately, On the first day, the water heater suddenly turned off on its own whilst my kids were showering. They had to finish their shower in cold water (it was about 12 degrees). We told the owner about it and she managed to get it fixed later in the night.

Clean and comfortable apartment, suitable for those who come to travel in the area

We encountered several things that made our experience less than good. First, there was an incident where we returned from a trip at 10 pm and there was no hot water and the hostess did not offer an alternative option. Second, there were several basic things that were missing and the hostess told us that she did not provide them, such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and so on. In my opinion, the best recommendation for the owner of the accommodation is to change her approach on these issues a little.

Excellent hotel. Very nice, kind and helpful hostess. The room was very beautiful, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is located near the city center, within walking distance of the cable car to Seceda and Alpe di Suisi. The hotel has convenient parking, a lovely garden and of course a stunning view. Highly recommended for accommodation in the Dolomites area.
