- fast and easy check-in (at the hotel just nearby); - quiet place - for a perfect sleep; - everything was communicated beforehand multiple times; - a nice mokka coffee in the apartment - perfect for morning coffee; - air conditioning also functioning for heating - we were off-season and nights were still chilly; - good location to visit Venice from Punta Sabbioni;

- shower is a bit small but it's a minor thing

Huge apartment with kitchen and two bathrooms. The location is superb, 2 min from the sandy beach.

Internet was choppy.. There was a charge for the dog. No room clean up.

Nice apartment, it has all that is needed. One could live there just like being at home.

Crappy shower. Also difficult to find the apartment at night, there are no numbers indications whatsoever. The apartment is located out of the main hotel, in another building, on the street just behind it. If you arrive at night , ask the receptionist to take you there (refuse maps) and open the door for you (that is a bit tricky).
