Villa Faro Vecchio

Die Lage ist unübertroffen. Wir waren bereits zum Dritten mal in dieser Straße zum urlauben und können die Nähe zum Strand und die Versorgungsmöglichkeiten nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und modern . Alles was man für den Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden (wie auch bei anderen Ferienwohnungen). Der Poolbereich war für uns sehr schön und durch drei verschiedene Sprudelanlagen einmalig.

Zwar war die Wohnung gereinigt, jedoch nur im sichtbaren Bereich. Auf dem Hängeschrank im Bad lagen zwei alte ud verstaubte Klebe-BH-Pads. Nachdem ein Handy hinter das Hochbett gefallen war, haben wir dieses vorgeholt. Dahinter lag ein ganzer Müllbeutel voll schon vorher heruntergefallenem Unrat wie diverse Bücher, Unterwäsche und alter Süßigkeiten. Jeden Tag kam der Hausmeister 4 mal vorbei. Morgens um den Pool vorzubereiten, in der Mittagsruhe den Pool zu verschließen und wieder zu öffnen und Abends um erneut die Liegestühle und Sonnenliegen zusammenzuklappen. Die einen nennen es Service, für uns war es wie ständige Kontrolle. Auf dem Balkon durfte nichts aufgehängt werden, keine Schwimmtiere auf dem Balkon etc.

Szép, jól karbantartott apartman, nagy terasszal, kerti bútorral. Közel a part, nagyszerű medence. Tulajdonosok kedvesek.

Kár, hogy a medencét 19 óráig lehet használni.

Vše bylo v pořádku ,skvělá komunikace . Vybavení pro 5 člennou rodinu úplně dostačující . 5min.od moře ,děti nejvíce nadšení z bazénu . Krásné,udržované a čisté prostředí . Byli jsme moc spokojeni a rádi se vrátíme . Děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou .

Bett/Matratzen - das war schon Minimum. Zimmer könnten ein bißchen Modernisierung vertragen.

Nice, well maintained and spacious apartment, few steps from the beach. Private parking as a bonus. Apartment is suitable for 4-5 people. Outside space with garden furniture. Fabio is a great host.

We spent there a few days at the beginning of May and the weather was colder than usually. There was no heating in the apartment so we felt cold during the nights. But other than this everything was perfect and I guess the host was not in charge for the weather :)

Please clarify the cleaning policies in advance: somehow it is normal to require you to clean up the apartment yourself upon leave. Despite having paid 120 € cleaning fee.

Good location with nice proximity to the beach. Nice terrace with good wine accros the road.

Lacks basic acceories like shower towels. We where directed to a market to buy some. Everything is extra charge... even the electricity. Because of this the total cost of the accommodation is higher then expected. They use single use bed covers that are not confortable. The apartment has poor sound isolation and you can hear everything. The worst thing are the mosquitoes... they are everywhere and really bad. Worst infestation I have ever seen. Also the locals say that is usually like this. The connection to reach Venece is really bad. Few busses that are not on schedule. As a conclusion I would not recommend this one.
