J'ai aimé la situation géographique à quelques kilomètres de splendides plages. La décoration des appartements de très bon goût La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du gérant et du personnel . Je conseille cet hébergement E

The pool area was very nice and clean. The appartment was clean and had a very nice balcony. The bathroom was spacious and nice. The rooms and beds were good. The staff was very helpfull and nice.

The kitchen was a little limited on equiptment. The aircondition only worked partly.

This is a big nice 2 bedrooms apartment with very functional airconditioning. The location of the condos is great, close to Arbatax town center. The pool area is clean, the pool water is warm and clean (no chlorine). There's a bar at the pool where you can order drinks and snack, very useful.

Missing items in the flat which would be nice to have in order no to shop for these items: cleaning sponge, cleaning product, kitchen towel, scisors. For the price I think it could be delivered. It's not for the price, you can get all these at the grocery store not far, but you have to get there. We had a car, but if you don't have one, it's not very easy. The person at the reception during the check in was not smiling at all, it seemed like we were bothering her. Not a welcoming word, even if I tried to speeak italian. I noted the fact that some items in the kitchne are missing, the answer was: 'It was mentioned in the document you receuved'. Well, I double checked: there is no mention of this in the BOOKIN.COM reservation, and it is not mentioned in the check-in document that we received. The same lady at the check out when asked if we can stay around the pool until the afternoon said we are not authorized to use the swimming pool after checking out... It's the first time I hear that.

Great Staff and very friendly.

We enjoyed lovely pool area. Apartments were cosy and nice. You can find bars and restaurants close to apartments.

There is no freezer in apartment, oven, microwave.

Very neat and organised property. Help was always available when needed . The pool was clean and the bar was very affordable. We will be back soon .
