Sehr gute Lage in einer schöner Gegend der Altstadt. In der Nähe sind schöne Restaurants an der Flussmündung. Ein Parkplatz im Hof war inclusive.

Tilava ja siisti asunto. Sijainti erinomainen. Parkkipaikka portin takana pihalla. Ystävällinen omistaja. Hyvät mukavuudet, joka huoneessa älytelevisio.

Parveke oli pieni yhteisparveke, joka oli lähinnä tupakointia varten.

Spacious apartment, very good location in city centre. Communication is easy and clear with the owner.

inconsistent supply of hot water to shower, soft mattresses, only single duvet provided for double bed (tricky for a couple!), minimal facilities (small fridge, no freezer, no oven, no washing machine)

Nice, spacious apartment with a lot of TVs (some of them even having real TV channels, rare to find these days). Very comfortable and cozy. Great location next to the central market and the Old town, everything within walkable distance.

There were loud construction works outside and loud music one day, but I assume it was just temporary.

This apartment is just as it is pictured on the photos. Host reacts quickly, knows English. Keyless access to both house door and apartment door. Premium location, at the very center of the city. The property has a door to a small balcony with an ashtray, very comfortable for smoking people. Premium furniture. Equipped kitchen, toaster, microwave oven, mixer, frying pan, cooking pot, etc. Again, top location, all of the city-center life is at your doorstep, mere minutes to reach the pier to travel to the Curonian spit, it's water-world, Curonian lagoon, and generally the shore. The apartment is equipped with most of the necessities you will need for a short stay. The TV has a HDMI connection, Netflix, etc. TV's in each of two bedrooms. The beds are soft, bed linen is crisp clean. Exceptional view on the passage downstairs. Several (sic!) air conditioners. Free parking. OVERALL 10/10 except hot water problems.

NO continuous flow of HOT WATER. There was a problem with hot water supply, whenever you open the hot water tap it provided hot water for approx. 30 seconds, then the water temperature went back to barely lukewarm and later even cold, I was not able to use the bath, which was important to me. The owner of the facility reacted really quick, and said that some action had been taken, but to no effect, the problem persisted until I left. The Friedrich passage downstairs plays music from 08.00 am. Although the music is soothing (elevator music), you can actually hear it from one of the bedrooms. Even during winter time. Kitchen cutlery didn't have a plain kitchen knife, only two dishwasher tablets were provided.
