Depto familiar con vista al mar en Playasol Manzanillo

It’s a great location right next to the beach!

The internet didn’t work at all. And the AC weren’t working properly.

The property is in an amazing location, amidst all other hotels, felt safe, staff at the entrance was polite and helpful. Have read about the issue with many stairs which lead to the apartment and to the beach, and i can understand how some people might be troubled by it, but we were with two kids 5 and 3 years old and had no issues. The terrace has an amazing view, the pools are clean and well maintained, as well as the beach of the hotel next door which can be used.

The apartment has an amazing layout and with proper care would be one of the nicest places I have stayed in. Overall felt like it could be a bit cleaner, lots of dust piled up on the picture frames, the cleaning lady left her rugs inside as well and after we checked in asked if she could go in to pick them up. There was no toiletries apart from 5 shampoos and we only had 3 towels in total (we were a group of 3 adults and 2 kids) and 2 beach towels. There is an equipped kitchen, but no way to wash dishes unless you bring your own sponge and detergent. Also there is no way to dry the towels. We put it over the railing in order to dry them, but then had a call from the management of the complex to take it down and had to improvise to dry the few towels we had at our disposal. We did get in touch with the owner and she did offer to bring it in the next day, but since we already had a partially working solution we stuck with it.

Not all tha well equipped especially in the kitchen Needed a few hooks for hanging clothes as closet space was very limited Host says she will be providing black out curtains for the bedroom, as it was very bright, with outdoor lighting 100 stairs from the condo to the pool area and another 15 or so to the beach which we didn’t mind so much, good exercise but anybody with mobility issues, would certainly have a problem. Nearby Oceans Marina restaurant was a lovely spot for happy hour and food . Santiago Beach a 10 minute drive was certainly a highlight . The beach was stunning, very walkable and oceans restaurant delightful with live entertainment on Tuesday night

The location on the water and being able to watch the sunrise each morning was amazing. It is close to two other resorts that you can walk thru and go to some restaurants. The pool was enjoyable and it was easy to get to the ocean. The water is warm and a pleasure to swim in. The front office staff were very helpful.

It was tough sometimes getting a taxi into the city. But eventually they made it to the condo. Some people may not enjoy the steps up and down. We did not mind the exercise.

We had a 1bedroom facing the Bay. A quiet friendly resort; easy access to the pools and beach. Easy cab ride to Manzanillo city; easy stroll to the restaurants at Las Hava’s next door.

Can’t say anything negative.
