I was very satisfied with the sea view, and the house was very spacious.

The air-conditioners were working properly, but the compressors were noisy and affected our sleep. The smart TV did not function smoothly. Also, the swimming pool was not in ideal condition, and the gym had been out of use for quite a long time. Overall, it was still good value for money.

The location is great, there are plenty of eateries around, morning you can have your morning tea/ coffee at nearby Zus Coffee, Starbucks, or Mcd if you are willing to walk a little bit more. A lot of cafe and restaurants around for lunch/ dinner. There are convenient shops eg Family Mart, 7-11, Happy Mart within walking distance. Morning/ Evening can for a walk/ slow jog just in front of the area with excellent sea view. Overall great location. Helpful host. Free parking available.

There is one light in the living room is not functioning, overall a bit dim in the living room especially at night. There are 4 lifts available, but all without air-conditioner, feeling very uncomfortable if staying too long time waiting inside in the lift.
