accessible to transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. clean and accommodating staff. with a great view of Makati and Mandaluyong City from the rooftop, where you can dine for breakfast and dinner. value for money

No elevator. I booked on the 4th floor, quite challenging, but a good exercise though.. :)

Overall is a good place if you want to stay for 1-2 nights, rooms quite dark, you can hear the noise from the streets, since its close to night life action.
