Sea Residences - Condo R Us

The unit itself is nice. It has everything, from cooking appliances to washing machine. Spacious, clean, nice view, comfy, walking distance from SM. Ericsson and MJ were accommodating when we were there.

1. Inaccessible Netflix 2. Shower heater does not work 3. The key got broken while we were trying to open the door. We called the staff and they asked us to pay since according to them, they have no way of verifying that the key was handled properly, (as if we wanted to be intentionally inconvenienced. It was past 10pm and we had long hours of travel before that.) They said, it was the first time that a key got broken and regardless of how hard we tried to tell them that it's unfair especially that the key might have undergone the typical wear and tear, they insisted that we're responsible for what happened. It's neither our fault nor the staff's but they completely blamed it on us, totally washing their hands off from any accountability.

Every things are convenient love it

Close to the restaurant and walkable to the mall of Asia

The location of the property is near to every thing mall restaurant , airport, and the hosts (MJ) is very accommodating

Easy access to shopping and airport

MJ was the best. Thx
