"Its near to many establishments, but only the thing is its not that much clean, tv is very old almost not working."

The unit is good but only there are some cockroaches roaming around, no housekeeping, the staff is not happy even about the garbage.

If you are concert goer or just need a place to stay. The location is nice. Walking distance to MOA Arena.

Saw some cockroaches in the unit especially inside the CR/bathroom. Good thing insect killer spray is provided. Lastly, the shower curtain is very disgusting. It is so dirty.

The location was great. Walking distance to mall of Asia and IKEA. Check in is easy. Room is clean and spacious. Only thing is no hot water, still my stay is great. Hope they keep the price as it is. Will definitely stay again at sea residences .

The room assigned to us was not a one bedroom but a studio. in the room were 2 bunk beds which could fit 5 people. They could have informed us ahead if we preffer this room instead of putting us in that room. NOT AS ADVERTISED. Totally frustrating.
