Ronz Deca Hills

All the apartments of this owner at floor 33 and 35 are infested with cockroaches. Tens and tens of big cockroaches continuously coming out with their excrements everywhere, in the order of one hundred insects in a night that I personally terminated. The infestation is inside the apartments, moreover under and into the bed, the curtains and their holder, the wardrobe, and the toilet. The apartments have never been cleaned for years, indeed the owner doesn't even have a mop. The toilet at floor 33 is clogged, both the apartments had no working ventilation, smelly, and the tiles completely broken and being a health and safety hazard. The room is smaller than any average small room in Manila. This property does not respect any minimum standard and should be removed from Booking, it's a shame and a risk to anyone who book it.
