Great location and great view of the city and the sea from the balcony. Comfortable room with functional kitchenette and laundry

At first the contact with the service staff was difficult - we had no info where to go exactly. Toilet seat was damaged (though still working) Most of the amenities mentioned (pool, gym etc.) Were not present

The staff was polite and helpful

The overall price to quality ratio. The building looks like built in the 70s and looks like only a minimum effort was put into renovation. The room was very basic. Very slow Internet.

I stayed 6 nights in this hotel but room was not cleaned with vacuum during this stay, , on my request only bed sheets and towels were changed.

It was hot season and in room there is no Air Conditioner or even no fan. It was getting hot and difficult to stay day time with out fan or AC.

Friendly staff.

Old fashion room, lift with broken floor, no access to coffee machine after restaurant is closed, location.

no shampoo/shower gel, not even hand soap. after the SECOND request for them, they brought some soap, the second day the room was east and the room didn't have tinted curtains at all=waking up at 5am no bedside lamps, only the big lights that DIDN'T have a switch near the bed so you had to turn off the light and make your way in the dark to the bed
