Very dated, damp, smelled a bit. 8th floor, handle came off door, never fixed, very very basic

They don't even provide fan in August Month Peak Summer which is highly unexpected so nights were horrible because of No Fan was provided because day times still there is wind so could manage but nights were horrible without fan.
