Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Die Frühstücksleistung entspricht nicht so sehr dem hervorragenden Gesamtbild. Papierspender statt Servietten ist nicht so toll. Auch das Angebot war übersichtlich. Keine Marmelade etc.. Es war OK. Ich habe aber mehr erwartet in diesem Haus. Das Restaurant innen toll, aber außen könnte man sich etwas mehr Mühe geben. Auch im Außenbereich kann man mit Tisch Dekoration Besteck etc. mehr machen

Colazione abbondante e varia, la posizione sopraelevata alla città regala splendidi tramonti e vista sensazionale! La nostra camera affacciava sulla piscina ed era un vero incanto, la distanza dal centro era ottima perché con la macchina sono davvero 10 minuti, e il silenzio meraviglioso

We loved the hotel's location overlooking the city of Iasi.

The first room we were given was musty. The internet was very weak and sometimes didn't work. There was noise from the pool area. We had to ask to turn down the volume and the noise stopped. The curtain in the room didn't cover the entire window and the morning light came in early and disturbed our sleep. Finding parking was complicated.

We planned a one-night stay at the Cardinale Resort in Iasi in June to relax and unwind. Upon arrival, we were very surprised at how beautiful and well-maintained the hotel looked. At the reception desk, we received a warm welcome and were very helpful by Pabita, who immediately put us at ease. Our assigned room (102) was spacious and also had fully equipped and clean bathroom, so we immediately decided to book another night. The pool area with pool bar is well-maintained, well-stocked with sunbeds, and in a quiet location. The pool itself is large enough to cool off and swim on hot days. The included breakfast is good and more than enough, and the lunch and a la carte dinner (with a wide selection) are also very good. A big thank you to the Asian staff, Pabita, Joan (chef), and Jay, all speak very well English which made communication very easy and helped us in any way. They made our stay very pleasant and catered to all our needs; nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend the resort and will definitely return ourselves.
