Excellent location Quite neighborhood (even though the apartment is situated on the main road we didn’t hear noise) Available private parking Communication with the owner

Value for money Lack of facilities (lack of hand towel, hair towel for women, lack of toilet paper, tea or instant coffee, broken soap dispenser; all these things are very cheap, but can make the stay much better, especially if staying longer) Calling the owner to open the parking gate every time we wanted to leave with a car

Nice location, secure parking, good-size room.

Pillows need replacement (smelly)

Maybe the addition of a fridge in the rooms, quite useful for summer travellers.
